Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all course enrollments made through Raj Fekar AI Software And Web Services (https://training.khemrajfekar.in) and is intended to be read alongside the price and duration shown on each course's pricing card at the time of enrollment.
1. Subscription billing
Course fees are billed as a recurring monthly subscription via Razorpay for the number of months shown as the course duration (e.g. a 3-month course bills 3 monthly installments). Your card or bank account is charged automatically on each monthly cycle until the course duration is complete or the subscription is cancelled.
2. Cooling-off period
If you change your mind after enrolling, you may request a full refund of your first month's payment within 7 days of that payment, provided you have not attended more than 2 classes or accessed more than 2 modules of the course content. Refund requests after this window, or after exceeding this usage limit, are handled under Section 3.
3. Refunds after the cooling-off period
Once the 7-day cooling-off period has passed, monthly payments already collected are non-refundable, as they pay for instructor time, batch allocation, and course material already made available to you. You may still cancel your subscription at any time (see Section 4) to stop future monthly charges.
4. Cancelling your subscription
To cancel your subscription and stop future monthly billing, email engineer@khemrajfekar.in or call +91 76974 77107 with your registered name and phone number. We will confirm cancellation and stop the next billing cycle; any installment already charged before your cancellation request is processed is not refunded.
5. Failed or duplicate payments
If you are charged more than once for the same billing cycle due to a technical error, or a payment is debited but enrollment is not confirmed, contact us with your payment reference and we will refund the erroneous charge in full within 7 business days.
6. Batch changes and course unavailability
If we cancel a batch or are unable to deliver the course you enrolled in, you will be offered a transfer to an equivalent batch/course or a full refund of payments made for sessions not yet delivered, at your choice.
7. Refund processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
